Hospitality Apprenticeship North East is a programme developed by hoteliers in the north east of Scotland to attract young, vibrant talent into the hospitality industry locally. We have opportunities for hospitality apprentices and chef apprentices.

We’re recruiting a new generation of hospitality apprentices to join the programme now – team workers, bright minds and personable individuals who will become the industry’s future, delivering the exceptional hospitality for which our region is famed. Our hospitality apprenticeship covers all hotel departments. Our chef apprentice is based wholly in the kitchen.
This is a paid apprenticeship – where our partner hotels have committed to pay all of our apprentices the national minimum wage rather than the lower apprentice rate for the duration of the apprenticeship. Both apprenticeships are 24 months long and you’ll receive an SVQ level 5 on completion.
